Red White and Blue Turkey Salad
For salad, place spinach in large bowl or on large platter. Top with turkey, strawberries, blueberries and pineapple chunks.

Preheat oven to 325°F.
Lightly spray unheated grill rack with cooking spray. Prepare grill for medium indirect heat cooking.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with cooking spray. Prepare grill for direct medium heat.
Prepare CHIPOTLE PEPPER PUREE. Place one canned chipotle pepper with 2 tablespoons adobo sauce from the peppers in a blender or food processor container; cover. Blend until smooth.
For Salsa, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, 2 hours before serving
