Combine broth, curry powder and salt in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Stir in couscous and raisins; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Uncover; fluff with a fork. Cool.
Preheat oven 350ºF.
Spread tortillas evenly with dressing.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; rinse with cold water.
Melt margarine in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onion, apricots, cranberries and raisins. Cook and stir 5 minutes, or until onion is tender.
Cut turkey slices into 1x3-inch strips.
Preheat oven to 350°F Add flour to large oven-cooking bag; close bag and shake gently to coat inside of bag with flour. Place bag in 15×10-inch baking pan. Remove gravy packet from turkey breast. Refrigerate for another use or discard. Dry turkey breast with paper towels. Place turkey breast, potatoes, apples and onion in bag.
