Holiday Cauliflower and Linguine
Preheat oven to 350°F.

STUFFING: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Set bacon aside. Add onion and celery to drippings. Cook on medium-high heat 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and lightly flour 13×9-inch baking pan.
Prepare grill for medium indirect heat cooking.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Preheat broiler. Spray rack of broiler pan evenly with cooking spray.
