Grilling: Prepare grill for medium direct-heat cooking. Spray turkey sausages with non-stick cooking spray or brush with vegetable oil. Place on cook grate and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink, turning frequently. Grill until center of sausage reaches 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
Skillet: Spray large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray and pre-heat over medium heat. Add turkey sausages and 7 to 8 minutes, turning frequently to brown. Reduce heat to medium, cover and continue cooking 5 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice. Cook until center of sausage reaches 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
