Grilling: Prepare grill for medium direct-heat cooking. Spray turkey brats with non-stick cooking spray or brush with vegetable oil. Place on cook grate and cook 12 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink, turning occasionally. Cook until center is well done, reaching 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
Skillet: Spray large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add turkey brats and brown 5 to 6 minutes, turning once. Reduce heat to low, cover and continue cooking 10 minutes or until no longer pink, turning as needed. Cook until center is well done, reaching 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer.
