Braised Turkey Breast with Lemon-Artichoke Heart Sauce

Season both sides of turkey liberally with 2 teaspoons salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Dredge in flour, shaking off excess. Warm oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey; cook about 4 minutes or until brown on both sides. Transfer to slow cooker.
